Sausages

We handmake 4 types of vegan sausages. We use a vegan skin that is made from red seaweed. The sausages are all unique from each other with their flavours, textures and aromas. The Polenta and Kale Sausages are a soft vegetable textured sausage where as the Sunday, Chilli and Spicy Original sausages are more meaty style textured sausages. Our most popular sausage is the Polenta, Sundried Tomato & Basil Sausage and our most popular for the BBQ is the Sunday Herb Sausage.
