With the delicious flavours of cauliflower and roasted garlic, combined with the goodness of kale and white beans, it has a super cheesy creamy texture. When cut into small pieces and cooked until crispy this sausage is a sure hit with young children. And a great way to encourage kids to enjoy eating vegetables.
INGREDIENTS:
This product is handmade in Australia from local and imported ingredients. Ingredients: great northern beans (16%), semolina, brown rice (16%), cauliflower (18%), bread crumbs, oats, potato, psyllium husks, soy sauce, nutritional yeast,bamboo fibre, kale (6%), non GMO canola oil, parsley, garlic, salt Sausage skins (edible): plant based natural polysaccharides.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Pan fry with a bit of oil and cook until brown all over. If you want to slice them into smaller pieces, it's easier to cut first and then cook them. Try to keep the sausages separated from each other when cooking otherwise the skins may stick to each other and tear. These sausages are not suitable for boiling or being immersed in water - they will disintegrate.
