These Seitan Schnitzels are crumbed and are delicious for lunch on a sandwich with lettuce and vegan mayo or treat yourself to full Viennese dinner of schnitzel, potato salad, sauerkraut cranberry sauce. Bake ,grill or fry them.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS :
Add oil to a pan and cook all over until brown, you can also cook in the oven or BBQ. Tip - the longer you cook it the chewier the texture gets. Can also be cooked in the oven or grilled.

This product is handmade in Australia from local and imported Ingredients: Gluten flour (78%), miso (soybeans, water, rice, salt) (5%), bamboo fibre, soy sauce, non GMO canola oil, nutritional yeast, yeast extract, onion, garlic, unbleached wheat flour, vegan bread crumbs, white pepper.
