This versatile Seitan Fillet can be BBQ’d or seared in a pan with oil, salt and pepper or sliced and put through a stir fry. Marinate overnight in your favourite marinade for an extra flavour boost. Cut into chunks and add to a casserole, salad, pie or pasta recipe. Spoon’s Seitan Fillet makes a perfect meat alternative.

This product is handmade in Australia from local and imported ingredients: Gluten flour (78%),
miso (soybeans, water, rice, salt) (5%), soy sauce, white unbleached flour, Non GMO canola oil,
nutritional yeast, yeast extract, onion, garlic. white pepper.
Pan fry or oven bake with a bit of oil until brown or has reached your desired look. You can either cook the fillets whole or slice before cooking. I prefer to pre-brown my fillet slices or chunks before adding to a dish with sauce but you could also add the fillet chunks not cooked to the sauce and let it heat in the sauce (it will have a softer texture), you can also marinate them also. Try it all and see which works best for you.
