This product is handmade in Australia from local and imported ingredients: Vital wheat gluten (63%),
ground sesame seeds (11%), plain flour, savoury yeast flakes, miso paste (water, soybean, rice, salt),
smoked paprika (5%), garlic, white pepper, smoke powder (1%), soy sauce (water, soy beans, wheat, salt)golden syrup (cane sugar, water), tomato, salt.
Cook in a pan with a drop of oil until brown on both sides. The longer you cook it the crispier the rasher gets.
