Tacos
So quick and easy and perfect to have with the kids. What's so great about tacos is that you can add anything you like. No set rules.

Makes 8 Tacos
Cooking/Prep Time: approx 20mins
INGREDIENTS
Taco shells
500g x Suzy Spoon's Bolognese
2 x diced tomatoes
1 x avocado diced
lettuce as needed
Vegan cheese

TACOS USING SPOON'S BOLOGNESE
METHOD
Heat Spoon's Bolognese in a fry pan on a medium heat. Cook for about 5 mins or until heated through.
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Remove Taco shells from plastic, keep heatproof wedge inside shells to retain shape. Fan Tacos slightly apart on tray and heat for 5 minutes.
Dice your tomatoes and avocado
Once all ready - start building!
Spoon's bolognese, cheese, lettuce, avocado and tomato.
