This meaty style lentil sausage is robustly flavoured with our own aromatic garam masala spice blend and a tiny pinch of chilli. It is a rustic, hearty sausage with no onion or garlic. Who doesn’t love that familiar warm nourishing smell of a curried sausage served up on a steamy plate of creamy mashed potato.
Cooking instructions: Best cooked gently in non stick fry pan on medium heat with oil until piping hot all the way through. Brown well before turning. Can be gently barbecued. Can be cooked from frozen.
These sausages are not suitable for boiling or being immersed in water - they will disintegrate.

This product is handmade in Australia from local and imported ingredients: Non GM soy protein (50%), brown lentils (12%), water, rice, non GM canola oil, miso paste (water, soybean, rice, salt), nutritional yeast, psyllium husks, potato starch, bamboo fibre, yeast extract, chilli, oregano, marjoram, pepper, sesame seeds, caraway, fennel, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, rice flour, (garam masala spice 2%), salt. Interstate (ACT,VIC,QLD,Syd metro and outer NSW) deliveries will now be shipped using the cold option only.
Your products will be dispatched from us between 1-7 days Most orders leave us within 3 business days. We will send you an email letting you know your order has been picked up and then the cold courier company
will email you on the day of delivery with live tracking.
VIC & QLD orders are picked up from us on Tuesdays. Orders placed before 12pm Monday will make this pick up, orders placed after this will roll over to the next Tuesday.
All local deliveries to the Newtown area (5km radius)are delivered on Thursdays - need to be placed no later than Wednesday 12pm for Thursday delivery. :)

Is the food delivered fresh or frozen?
The food is delivered fresh with a refrigerated courier
unless otherwise stated. We pack the products in a sealed insulated box with ice. Please refrigerate your
food in a timely manner upon receival of the goods.Your package may arrive with the ice
completely melted but the product will still be cool within. Please be assured that these products will
still be fine for consumption - simply pop them into the refrigerator or freezer until you're ready to
enjoy eating them.
How is the food packed for delivery?
We pack our products in an insulated cardboard box, that are 100% recyclable, sustainable,
re-usable and space efficient with ice to help keep cold for the journey.Your package may arrive with
the ice completely melted but the product will still be cool within. Please be assured that these products
will still be fine for consumption - simply pop them into the refrigerator until you're ready to enjoy
eating them.

How long will it take to receive my order?
As long as we have the
products you've requested in stock, orders will leave our Sydney shop between 1-7 business days of
receiving your order. Most orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes an email will be sent to you from the courier company on the morning of delivery with live tracking.
How long do your products keep for?
All our products
need to be refrigerated, our products are good for at least 4 weeks after the date we make them
(with the exception of the seitan products with are 8 weeks), they will all be marked with a best
before date. Our products are all totally fine to freeze and will keep a shelf life of 8 months.
Once opened you have 4-5 days to consume your food.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Unfortunately not at this stage.
